Shipping Policy

At Peake Herbal, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality herbal products, delivered quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy for information on processing times, shipping rates, and other important details.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), there may be slight delays in processing. Should your order be delayed significantly, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
• International Shipping: Not available.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Damages

• Peake Herbal ensures that all orders are packed with care. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@peakeherbal.co.za or 061 549 0598 on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and items as received.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within South Africa only.

7. Returns & Refunds

• For information on returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy link. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

No Returns & Refunds Policy

At Peake Herbal, we take great care to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Non-Returnable Items

• All products sold by Peake Herbal are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
• Once a purchase is completed and the product has been shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Final Sale

• All sales are considered final. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and other details before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need more information about a product, please contact our customer service team before completing your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, if a product is received damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
• Contact us at admin@peakeherbal.co.za or 061 549 0598 on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at admin@peakeherbal.co.za or 061 549 0598 on WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
