Company Overview

Peake Herbal was founded by Theo Peake in 2021, born out of his personal journey with severe gout and arthritis. After retiring from commercial fishing due to his debilitating condition, Theo found that conventional treatments offered little relief. Determined to find a solution, he embarked on a path of research and experimentation, developing his own herbal remedy.

Despite initial challenges, including a miscalculation in the formulation process and the high costs of production, Theo’s persistence paid off. Within just a week of using his unique mixture, he began to feel significant improvement. This success marked the beginning of Peake Herbal, a company dedicated to providing effective, natural solutions for those suffering from similar conditions.

About Theo

Theodore Peake, born in 1959 in King William’s Town, grew up in a large family with six siblings. After completing his education at a technical school, Theo embarked on a career with Eskom, where he qualified as a fitter and turner. His career path led him to management roles in factories in the former Ciskei, eventually rising to the position of Director in the electrical industry.

Known for his generosity, he is always ready to lend a hand to friends and care for animals. Theo’s diverse background and love for nature have shaped his unique approach to life and work.

About the Product

Peake Herbal Products began with the creation of a concentrated remedy for gout and arthritis, inspired by Theo Peake’s own battle with these conditions. The effectiveness of this initial product soon led to requests for help with other health issues. When an overweight friend asked for assistance, Theo developed the Colon/Thyroid/Weight Loss product specifically for her. Remarkably, she lost 22 kg over six months and has successfully maintained her weight since.

Encouraged by these results, others began seeking solutions for diabetes, prompting Theo to add a diabetes-specific blend to the Peake Herbal range.

Theo’s journey into natural pain relief began years ago during an unexpected encounter with a toothache. While outdoors, he attempted to dislodge something stuck in his tooth using a branch he had whittled. The situation initially worsened when the tool broke, but to his surprise, the pain soon disappeared. This serendipitous discovery led to the development of the Epigold range, which harnesses this natural ingredient for pain relief, helping with toothaches, abscesses, ulcers, and more.

Theo has successfully developed a chronic pain relief lotion, inspired by his personal experience with needing a hip replacement. The product is now on the market and performing exceptionally well, offering rapid relief and becoming a standout addition to the Peake Herbal product range.
